By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the WO88 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other access method — you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this document.

Acceptance of these terms is legally binding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the WO88 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

The WO88 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction of your residence.
• Not included on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms in your jurisdiction.
• Not registering or using the platform on behalf of any third party.

Wo88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the wo88 platform. Holding more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device information — is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. WO88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a member's negligence in protecting their login credentials.

• Wo88 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional security review.

General terms applicable to all WO88 bonus types:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirement (wagering turnover) before withdrawals are permitted — the rollover rate is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are only available to members who register and use the platform legitimately in accordance with these terms.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must be used for wagering in accordance with the rollover terms.

• Every confirmed bet is considered final and non-reversible except in situations involving a system technical error.
• If a member experiences an internet connection disruption during an active gaming session, any game outcome already processed by the WO88 server is considered valid and binding.
• Wo88 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a third party to ensure fairness across all games.
• In Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a dealer error verifiable through video recording.
• Wo88 reserves the right to cancel any game or session affected by a serious technical issue and refund the original wager amount to the member's account.

For sports betting, all markets close according to the scheduled time. Bets accepted after the official closing time will not be processed. wo88 reserves the right to void any bets inadvertently accepted after an event has started.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WO88 platform and may result in permanent account closure and freezing of all funds in the account:

• Financial fraud — including the use of unauthorized credit cards or bank accounts, unjustified chargebacks, or fraudulent fund transfers.
• Money laundering — using the wo88 platform to transfer, conceal, or convert proceeds of illegal activity into legitimate assets.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any scripts, bots, artificial intelligence software, or automated tools to play or place bets.

• Game manipulation — colluding with other players, including dealers, to manipulate game outcomes for unlawful gain.

Wo88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time at our absolute discretion if there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member for responsible gaming reasons.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, WO88 reserves the right to hold funds in the account until the investigation is complete. If no material violation is found, the valid balance will be returned to the member.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the WO88 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

Wo88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, scheduled upkeep, or circumstances beyond WO88's control such as natural disasters or telecommunications network outages.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions voluntarily made by the member.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Device damage, data loss, or technical issues on the member's end that affect a gaming session.
• Any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of the WO88 platform.
